A true professional, I have spent most of my federal career in the Equal Employment Opportunity field. Currently, I am the Director of EEO for a major Federal Agency where I oversee EEO complaints, reasonable accommodation and diversity and inclusion programs. I develop programs to enhance diversity and inclusion as well as programs to enhance minority representation. I am a member of the Senior Executive Service and sit on the Office of Personnel Management’s Qualifications Review Board to recommend applications to the Executive Service.
I have written several books and am developing a webinar for women interested in moving from mid-professional to senior and executive level positions.
In my spare time, I love to buy and sell real estate and I teach a monthly Bible Studies course in North Carolina.
